Job summary

OttoDigital Group in Indonesia (Jawa Barat) is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors and internal teams, perform field inspections, and prepare reports with photo documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in high-rise projects, strong reading of drawings, and a proactive, responsible approach. On-site duties and HSE adherence are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years in a contractor or developer company, specifically in high-rise or multi-story building projects.
• Solid understanding of structural work (formwork, reinforcement, casting, and earthworks) and construction workflows.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (structural, architectural, and civil).
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and field inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and foremen.
• Disciplined, with strong time management and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, quick learner, and highly motivated to develop into a senior engineer role.
