Tap Growth ai is seeking a Project Director to lead landmark high-rise building projects in Jakarta. You will provide executive ownership from inception to completion, coordinating with investors, clients, regulators, and internal leaders to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in commercial/mixed-use construction with 8–10+ years in senior leadership, and proven experience delivering at least two high-rise towers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial/mixed-use construction.
• 8–10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering at least two completed high-rise towers (30+ stories / 100m+ height).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• PMP, PE/P. Eng., or RICS/CIOB chartered status is advantageous.
• Strong Leadership, stakeholder management, and crisis-resolution skills under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Leadership: Take full executive ownership of landmark high-rise projects, coordinating with investors, clients, regulators and internal leadership.
• High-Rise Technical Execution: Oversee vertical construction scopes including deep basements, piling, core walls, post-tensioned slabs, curtain walls, and high‑pressure MEP integration.
• Urban & Vertical Logistics: Manage site logistics in congested urban environments, optimizing crane placements and material movement.
• Commercial & Financial Control: Oversee multi-million-dollar CAPEX budgets, cash flows, value engineering, contract negotiations, and risk management.
• Team & Culture Building: Lead and mentor a large team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, MEP Leads, QA/QC, and HSE professionals.
• Safety & Quality First: Enforce zero-incident safety culture and ensure milestones pass inspections.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Project Director to lead high-rise building projects in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing large-scale construction, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-End Leadership:Take full executive ownership of landmark high-rise projects (30+ stories), acting as the primary bridge between investors, clients, regulatory authorities, and internal leadership.

• High-Rise Technical Execution:Oversee complex vertical construction scopes, including deep basement excavations, piling, core walls, post-tensioned slabs, advanced curtain wall/facade systems, and high-pressure MEP integration.

• Urban & Vertical Logistics:Spearhead site logistics in congested urban environments, optimizing tower crane placements, high-speed material hoists, and vertical traffic flow.

• Commercial & Financial Control:Manage multi-million-dollar CAPEX budgets, cash flows, value engineering, contract negotiations, and proactive risk/claim mitigation.

• Team & Culture Building:Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, MEP Leads, QA/QC, and HSE professionals.

• Safety & Quality First:Champion a strict zero-incident safety culture and ensure all construction milestones pass rigorous statutory and third-party inspections.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (Master’s/MBA is a plus).

• Track Record: 15+ years in commercial/mixed-use construction, with 8–10+ years in a senior leadership role.

• High-Rise Portfolio: Proven experience successfully delivering at least two (2) completed high-rise towers (30+ stories / 100m+ height) from start to finish.

• Credentials: PMP, PE/P. Eng., or RICS/CIOB chartered status is highly advantageous.

• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and crisis-resolution skills under high-stakes deadlines.
