Peoplyee in Jakarta seeks a senior construction engineer to lead engineering activities across assigned projects. You will review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements to prepare competitive tender submissions.

You will manage extension-of-time applications, project claims, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients and subcontractors while mentoring junior engineers to support their growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Language: Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in general construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering or supervisory role.
• Experience managing engineering activities for commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working for a main contractor, engineering, procurement, and construction contractor, or property developer.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Driver Licence: Valid Indonesian Class A or Class C driving licence.
