Job summary

Mr Cooler is seeking a field sales representative based in Kerobokan, Bali. You will bring homes, villas, hotels and businesses onto annual care plans and earn a base net salary plus recurring commissions on the customers you win.

This full-time role requires prospecting, surveys, proposals and ongoing relationship management. You will build a paying portfolio with 10% commissions on every contract payment, while customers remain with Mr Cooler.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B or field sales preferred.
• Fluent Indonesian and English sufficient for client negotiations.
• Own motorbike, valid SIM C, mobile phone and data plan.

Your 10% repeats with every payment your customers make. These examples use Care Pro at Rp200,000 per AC per quarter (15+ wall-mounted 0.5–1 PK rate), shown as a monthly average, plus your Rp3.8m net base.

WHAT YOU WILL SELL

Basic Care, Care Pro and Care Plus.

12-month plans from 1 AC, paid four times a year. Basic Care has 4 scheduled services paid after each quarterly visit; Care Pro adds diagnosis and the labour for covered repairs; Care Plus has 6 visits including a deep clean. Published rates for wall-mounted, floor-standing and cassette AC. Customers pay separately for parts, refrigerant and materials.

“From” rates are for 15+ wall-mounted 0.5–1 PK AC at one site; for 1–4 AC they are Rp125K, Rp240K and Rp350K. Floor-standing and cassette AC have their own rates; ducted, VRF/VRV and AHU are quoted after a survey. Prices include any applicable PPN.

• 12-month agreement, four payments a year

• Care Pro & Care Plus: diagnosis & covered repair labour
• Initial AC Health Check before coverage

Every visit includes cleaning, checks and a photo report; Care Plus adds a deep clean. Existing faults are quoted separately before an AC is accepted into coverage.

Read the salary & commission terms

• Fixed net salary of Rp3,800,000/month. BPJS and THR under applicable rules.
• 10% commission on every contract payment (Basic Care, Care Pro or Care Plus) from customers you bring in yourself, for as long as they keep paying and you work at Mr Cooler. When you leave, commission stops. There is no commission cap.
• Commission starts with the customer’s first payment, not with the signature. No payment, no commission. It is paid with your next salary; if a payment is refunded, its commission is deducted.
• Commission is calculated on the contract fee only. Parts, equipment and taxes are excluded; advance payments count month by month.
• Enquiries that reach Mr Cooler through advertising or our own channels are handled by our team and do not earn commission.
• No separate fuel, travel, parking, mobile or data allowance or reimbursement. You arrange and fund your own transport and connectivity.

Customer relationships belong to Mr Cooler. Discounts and technical or installation commitments require approval.
