Job summary

Eaton Corporation Indonesia seeks a skilled pre-sales engineer to support the sales team in delivering data center power quality solutions. You will translate customer needs into technical proposals and demonstrate Eaton's capabilities.

You will develop proofs of concept, provide post-sales support on applications, and train customers and internal staff. Strong design, solutioning and communication skills in English and Bahasa are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years pre-sales and support experience on data centre application.
Requires practical experience in design and solutioning.
Knowledge of power quality in data center.
Familiar with Electrical methods, practices, and the NEC.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
Proficient in AutoCAD and VBA.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support and develop technical solutions for customers.
Act as pre-sales consultant to identify and present Eaton solutions to target customers.
Develop proof of concept and example applications in support of pre-sale opportunities.
Provide post-sales support of application development.
Provide ongoing support to target customers as they upgrade facilities and ensure customer satisfaction.
