Job summary

Lyvin Properties Indonesia, a fast-growing real estate developer in Bali, seeks passionate, driven individuals to join our team. The role focuses on FF&E coordination across luxury villas and apartments in Canggu and Uluwatu, supporting new projects in Uluwatu.

You will analyze design drawings, source furniture and finishes, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure alignment with budget and concept across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FF&E coordination, interior design, architecture, or procurement for hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or FF&E coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in architectural and design software such as Archicad, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of materials, furniture production processes, and decorative finishing is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design drawings, mood boards, specifications, and schedules to identify required items: furniture, built-in units, mirrors, and decorative elements.
• Prepare and regularly update detailed furniture, mirror, and décor schedules for each room or project zone.
• Ensure alignment with the design concept, budget, and technical requirements.
• Source off-the-shelf or custom-made items (e.g., built-in furniture, mirrors by size, etc.).
• Propose alternatives and consult with designers regarding substitutions and replacements.
• Look for vendors, discuss commercial proposals, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate technical drawings, materials, finishes, and construction details with vendors and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Documentation Review
