Job summary

Francis and Frankie Group in Bali seeks two architects for an 8-week, in-house contract to develop villa/resort designs. Deliver concept development, masterplanning, layout plans, elevations and sections, with 3D modelling, renders, animation, and walkthroughs. Must have Bali-built project experience, be available full-time, and meet weekly milestones.

Position is based in our Bali office; immediate start offered. Salary starts from Rp 13,000,000 per month, with pay monthly.

Qualifications

• Villa or resort/hospitality experience with work built in Bali.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and rendering tools (Enscape/Lumion/V-Ray).
• Available full-time in our Bali office, immediate start.
• Must meet weekly milestones for an 8-week program.

We're hiring: 2 Architects — Bali, 2-month in-house contract

Francis and Frankie Group is completing the design package for a wellness resort in Rwanda — villas, an aparthotel and a wellness centre on a 9,000 m² lakeside site — and we're looking for two people to join our Bali office to deliver it.

Concept development, masterplan, layout plans, elevations and sections.

SketchUp modelling, high-quality renders, animation and walkthrough video.

Scope:

concept development, 3D, animation and video, and architectural drawings. Structural and MEP are handled by our engineering team in Rwanda, so the drawings need to be complete and clear enough for an overseas team to build from.

What we're looking for:

• Villa or resort/hospitality experience, with projectsbuilt in Baliyou can show us
• Strong SketchUp and AutoCAD; rendering in Enscape, Lumion or V-Ray
• Available full-time in our Bali office, immediate start
• Discipline to hit weekly milestones — the programme is fixed at 8 weeks

Salary from Rp 13,000,000/month, depending on experience and proven built work. Salaried position paid monthly, not a freelance fee arrangement.
