One of our client's, a premium developer and construction company in Bali, was looking for an Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualising, designing, and overseeing the construction of high-quality villas from start to finish. An understanding of modern architecture, sustainability, and luxury design is essential. Interior design and project management skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, considering client needs, project feasibility, and aesthetics.
• Create mood boards and design concepts that align with project goals.
• Produce comprehensive architectural block plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections for construction.
• Develop detailed construction documents, including materials specifications.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for project presentations.
• Utilise 3D modeling software to provide realistic visualizations and design simulations.
• Provide detailed furniture and fixture drawings for custom designs.
• Conceptualise and integrate interior design elements that complement the architectural vision.
• Interior design expertise is a plus.
• Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to architectural designs.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Address any design-related issues that arise during construction and propose solutions.
• Ensure project timelines are met and report any deviations to the management.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
