Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning properly.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including washing cups, glasses, and other equipment in a timely manner.
• Stock and monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients, reporting shortages to management.
• Develop knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles to make recommendations to customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver efficient service during peak periods.
