Job summary

PT EZSVS Technology Indonesia is seeking a diligent Facility Officer to support daily data center operations, coordinate maintenance, and uphold building infrastructure in a safe and efficient manner.

You will work with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliant facility operation, implement HSE policies, maintain records, and respond to facility-related issues, helping maintain high availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify unsafe conditions and report hazards.
• Ability to ensure contractors comply with safety requirements and permits.
• Support emergency preparedness and facility safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily condition of the data center's building facilities and supporting infrastructure.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance issues or risks.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with engineering teams and external contractors.
• Monitor lighting, plumbing, drainage, doors, and other building infrastructure.
• Report defects and maintenance requirements to Facility Manager or relevant department.
• Coordinate housekeeping, waste management, and other soft services.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility-related work.
• Follow HSE policies and site safety procedures.
• Maintain facility inspection checklists, maintenance records, and service reports.
• Track complaints, work orders, and corrective actions.

The Facility Officer is responsible for supporting the daily operation, maintenance coordination, and overall facility management of the data center. This role ensures that the facility, building infrastructure, and supporting services are maintained in a safe, clean, reliable, and efficient condition. The position coordinates with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and building management to ensure smooth facility operations while complying with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the daily condition of the data center's building facilities and supporting infrastructure
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance issues, defects, or potential risks
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with engineering teams and external contractors
• Monitor facility-related systems, including lighting, plumbing, drainage, doors, access areas, and other building infrastructure
• Report facility defects, equipment abnormalities, and maintenance requirements to the Facility Manager or relevant department
• Coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, and other soft services
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility-related work
• Follow company HSE policies, site safety procedures, and facility operating standards
• Maintain facility inspection checklists, maintenance records, and service reports
• Track facility-related complaints, work orders, and corrective actions

About you

• Ability to identify and report unsafe conditions, facility hazards, and potential operational risks
