Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Data Center Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to develop and review annual maintenance plans for the data center building and organize/ archive all equipment maintenance records. You will supervise operator staff to ensure standardized daily operations and on-site discipline.

The role focuses on stable operation of electromechanical, electrical, HVAC and other core infrastructure equipment, daily inspections, fault troubleshooting and follow-up on construction

Qualifications

• Majors in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
• At least 1 year of formal working experience in data center facility operation and maintenance.
• Familiar with data center industry standards and operational workflows.
• Solid on-site management and coordination capabilities with responsibility and execution.
• Able to consider company, data center and customer interests while enforcing operation management standards.
• Prefer candidates with professional data center operation and maintenance experience.
• Prefer candidates with practical data center electromechanical and HVAC operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and verify the annual maintenance plan of the data center building and organize and archive all equipment maintenance and repair records.
• Supervise patrol quality and on-duty discipline of operator staff and standardize on-site management.
• Ensure stable operation of electromechanical, electrical, HVAC and other core infrastructure equipment with daily inspection and troubleshooting.
• Follow up on construction projects, control on-site quality, and ensure acceptance and filing per data center standards.
• Track and handle all equipment faults and incidents, provide on-site technical support and analyze faults for optimizations.
• Compile, optimize and update SOP, MOP and EOP, improving the data center operation system.
• Complete other special operation and maintenance tasks assigned by the company.

Job description

This role involves developing, reviewing and verifying annual maintenance plans for the data center building, organizing and archiving equipment maintenance and repair records, and supervising operator staff to ensure standardized daily operations. You will take charge of the stable operation of electromechanical, electrical, HVAC and other core infrastructure equipment, conduct daily inspections and troubleshooting, and ensure normal and safe operation of all facility equipment. You will also follow up on construction projects, track and handle equipment faults and operational incidents, and compile and optimize data center standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

Develop, review and verify the annual maintenance plan of the data center building, and organize and archive all equipment maintenance and repair records to ensure standardized and traceable daily operation.

Supervise and inspect the patrol quality and on-duty discipline of operator staff working in the data center, rectify irregular operations and violations timely, and standardize on-site management.

Take charge of the stable operation of electromechanical, electrical, HVAC and other core infrastructure equipment in the data center, conduct daily inspection and hidden danger troubleshooting, and ensure the normal and safe operation of all facility equipment.

Follow up the progress of special and sporadic construction projects in the data center, strictly control on-site construction quality, complete project acceptance and filing work, and ensure all construction works meet data center operation standards.

Track and handle all equipment faults and operational incidents in the data center, provide on-site technical support, complete fault analysis, review and summary after incidents, and formulate optimization measures to avoid repeated problems.

Compile, optimize and update data center standard operating procedures including SOP, MOP and EOP, and improve the standardized operation system of the data center.

Follow up and complete other special operation and maintenance tasks of the data center cluster assigned by the company.

About you

Major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC or related fields.

At least 1 year of formal working experience in data center facility operation and maintenance industry.

Familiar with data center industry standards, management rules and overall operational workflows of various business modules.

Possess solid on-site management and coordination capabilities, with good professional quality, strong sense of responsibility and execution.

Able to consider the interests of the company, data center and customers comprehensively, strictly implement operation management specifications, and fully guarantee the long-term stable and safe operation of the data center.

Candidates with professional data center operation and maintenance management experience are preferred.

Candidates with practical data center electromechanical and HVAC operation experience are preferred.
