Job description

Facility Management & GA Manager ( F&B Restaurant )

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering) or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, or Engineering, with demonstrated experience in a Division Head / Senior Manager capacity.

Mandatory Technical Experience: Strong, proven track record in managing facility operations in High-Rise, Complex, or High-Risk Building Infrastructures; experience within a F&B Company

In-depth knowledge of building utility systems, MEP maintenance, fire safety, B3/hazardous waste management, and emergency response protocols.

Demonstrated capability in CAPEX/OPEX budget control, vendor contract negotiations, and multi-department coordination.

Exceptional leadership, decision-making, analytical, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
