Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a General Affairs & HSSE specialist to oversee asset maintenance, GA operations, and safety programs. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government bodies to ensure compliance and timely reporting, while maintaining asset records, vehicle administration, and security operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in GA/HSSE, with strong knowledge of asset management, maintenance, and Indonesian OHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of General Affairs, Asset Management, or HSSE experience.
• Knowledge of asset management, preventive maintenance, vehicle administration, and security operations.
• Understanding of Indonesian OHS regulations, environmental regulations, and HIRADC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
• Able to prepare HSSE reports, proposals, management plans, and conduct safety training.
• Experienced in vendor coordination, outsourced personnel management, and government relations.
• AutoCAD proficiency for layout preparation and civil drawings interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and asset maintenance lifecycle, preventive maintenance, and disposal.
• Monitor vehicle rental duration and utilization across AMOs with up-to-date records.
• Support security operations in AMO/Depo including vendor coordination and reporting.
• Perform daily GA operations and administrative activities with internal and outsourced teams.
• Support HSSE programs including training, safety monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HSSE documentation, records, and project administration.
• Handle external service requests and HSSE-related coordination with government institutions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
