Job summary

PT Kahar Duta Sarana seeks a GA & HSE Supervisor to manage facilities, assets, and general services while ensuring occupational health and safety standards are implemented. This hands-on, proactive role requires strong coordination and leadership to create a safe, productive workplace that supports operations.

The role focuses on building maintenance, vendor management, safety compliance, and documentation, with on-site work in Ciracas, East Jakarta. AK3U certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of General Affairs and/or HSE experience, preferably at supervisor level.
• Experience in building management, facilities, and asset management.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and implementation.
• AK3U certification preferred (General Occupational Health & Safety Expert).
• Knowledge of HIRADC/HIRARC, emergency response, and incident investigation.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added value.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work on-site in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee facilities, buildings, utilities, equipment, and operations.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedule.
• Manage assets including recording, stock opname, mutations, and disposal.
• Evaluate vendors for maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control and services.
• Control GA operational costs and ensure budget efficiency.
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
• Handle permits and documentation for facilities and operations.
• Implement and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify hazards.
• Perform HIRADC/HIRARC and follow up on risk findings.
• Coordinate safety inductions, briefings, toolbox talks, drills.
• Ensure PPE, extinguishers, evacuation routes, and safety facilities are available.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain GA documentation and periodic reports.
• Raise safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture.

GA & HSE Supervisor responsible for managing and overseeing company facilities, buildings, utilities, work equipment, and operational support infrastructure, while ensuring the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee company facilities, buildings, utilities, equipment, and operational support infrastructure

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and facilities are conducted according to schedule

Manage company assets including recording, monitoring, stock opname, mutations, and asset disposal

Manage and evaluate vendors related to building maintenance, security, cleaning services, pest control, and other general services

Control GA operational costs and ensure budget usage is effective and efficient

Ensure work environment is safe, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained

Manage administration, permits, and documentation related to facilities and company operations

Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs

Conduct routine inspections of work areas and identify potential hazards

Conduct HIRADC/HIRARC and ensure follow-up on risk findings

Coordinate safety induction, safety briefing, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills

Ensure availability and compliance of PPE, fire extinguishers, evacuation routes, assembly points, and other safety facilities

Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and develop corrective and preventive actions

Manage HSE documentation and periodic reports

Increase awareness and build occupational safety culture within the company

About you

Minimum S1 education, preferably from Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs and/or HSE, preferably at Supervisor level

Experience in building management, facilities, company assets, vendor management, security, and general services

Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and implementation

Preferably holds valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert certification (AK3U)

Understanding of HIRADC/HIRARC, emergency response, incident investigation, and occupational safety procedures

Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added value

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Disciplined, firm, detail-oriented, proactive character and able to work independently and in teams

Willing to work on-site in Ciracas, East Jakarta
