Job summary

KT&G TSPM in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a capable General Affairs and HSSE professional to manage asset maintenance, vehicle administration, and security operations within the AMO/Depo framework.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, implement HSSE programs, maintain documentation, and prepare reports and training; an engineering or OHS background with 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field(s).
• 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or HSSE.
• Knowledge of asset management, preventive maintenance, vehicle administration, and security operations.
• Understanding of Indonesian OHS regulations, environmental regulations, and HIRADC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
• Able to prepare HSSE reports, proposals, management plans, and conduct safety training.
• Experienced in vendor coordination, outsourced personnel management, and government relations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, including layout preparation and interpretation of civil drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and company asset maintenance, including asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, database updates, warranty records, and asset disposal.
• Monitor vehicle rental duration and utilization across AMOs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date vehicle records.
• Support security operations in AMO/Depo, including vendor coordination, activity monitoring, and monthly reporting.
• Perform daily General Affairs (GA) operations and administrative activities, coordinating with internal teams and outsourced personnel.
• Support the implementation of HSSE programs, including employee and contractor training, workplace safety monitoring, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain HSSE documentation, records, and project administration, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
• Handle external service requests, including goods and business trip requests, and support HSSE-related coordination with government institutions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
