Job Title Facility Coordinator / Workplace Experience Analyst (Legian, Bali) Job Description Summary Support the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences and day-to-day Facilities Management operations within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment in Bali. This role combines facilities coordination, workplace experience, vendor management, operational administration, and employee support to ensure a safe, welcoming, efficient, and engaging workplace.
Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across assigned workplace locations, ensuring the office remains safe, operational, well-presented, and ready to support employees, visitors, and business activities. Deliver a positive workplace experience by proactively engaging employees, responding to workplace requests, supporting meetings and events, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve workplace services and the overall employee experience. Coordinate vendors and service providers across areas such as maintenance, cleaning, security, pantry, office supplies, and other workplace services, monitoring service quality and following up on operational issues through resolution. Support facilities administration and governance including purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, work orders, service records, reporting, asset and inventory tracking, and other operational documentation as required. Collaborate with Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, business stakeholders, building management, vendors, and local or regional teams to support operational initiatives, resolve workplace issues, and ensure consistent service delivery.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Office Operations, Corporate Hospitality, Property Management, or a similar workplace-focused role within a corporate or fast-paced service environment. Strong service orientation with hands‑on experience coordinating workplace operations, vendors, employee requests, events, facilities administration, or other day‑to‑day office services. Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong attention to detail and the ability to independently identify issues, coordinate solutions, and manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the confidence to engage employees, vendors, and local or regional stakeholders in a dynamic multinational environment.
