Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia is seeking a professional receptionist to manage front-desk operations, greet employees and visitors, and coordinate meetings and courier services in a corporate setting.
You will handle calls, mail, and general administrative tasks while supporting events and hospitality to ensure a welcoming and productive office environment. Strong communication in Indonesian and English is required.
Welcome employees, visitors, and service partners in a professional and courteous manner while managing visitor registration, access procedures, and front-desk operations.
Handle incoming calls, meeting room coordination, courier services, mail distribution, and general reception activities to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Monitor reception and common areas, reporting facilities-related issues such as cleanliness, maintenance, access control, or workplace defects to the Facilities team for timely resolution.
Support workplace hospitality, meeting preparation, office events, and other administrative activities to deliver an exceptional employee and visitor experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment while collaborating with facilities, security, building management, and other workplace service providers.
About You:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Office Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Workplace Services within a corporate environment.
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming front-of-house presence.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with visitor management systems considered an advantage.
