Job summary

PT Bumen Redja Abadi, member of New Armada Group, is seeking a General Affairs professional to oversee asset management, procurement, and HSE compliance. The role involves coordinating with branches, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and documented processes.

The ideal candidate has GA or facility management exposure, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education from any major.
• Experience in General Affairs (GA), asset management, facility management, or Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is a plus.
• Understanding of asset administration, procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage company inventory data, including operational vehicles and electronic devices, ensuring accurate recording and data updates
• Monitor and manage procurement, maintenance, and repair needs of company assets with coordination and evaluation of requests
• Develop and implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs and ensure implementation according to plan
• Manage office supplies needs from data collection through purchasing to distribution to relevant departments
• Coordinate with shipping vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and goods
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to meet General Affairs needs effectively and according to procedures
• Ensure all administrative processes related to assets, purchases, maintenance, and operations are well documented
