Job summary

ALVA is seeking a Facilities Manager to supervise and evaluate the work of Cleaning Service (OB/OG) and Security, ensuring smooth daily operations across the building. The role also covers managing building services and infrastructure, coordinating asset inspection, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include paying operational bills, managing workplace environment, and maintaining external relations with vendors and government

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the work of Cleaning Service (OB/OG) and Security
• Ensure payment of operational needs (building service charges, water, electricity, printer machine, and other bills)
• Manage facilities and infrastructure (building maintenance, security, cleanliness)
• Manage assets (inventory, asset inspection & replacement)
• Manage transportation and logistics (employee transportation & delivery of goods/documents)
• Manage workplace environment (meeting room arrangements, workspaces, storage, and employee facilities like pantry and rest area)
• Handle administrative tasks (documentation/filing, ERP creation using Emira, procurement of goods & petty cash management)
• Maintain external relations (collaborations with area management, vendors/suppliers, government institutions, and community around the building)
