ALVA is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee Cleaning Service and Security, ensuring smooth operation of building services in Indonesia. The role coordinates maintenance, asset management, logistics, and workplace environment, while handling administrative tasks and external partnerships.

The candidate will supervise teams, manage invoices and facility-related bills, and support stakeholders across the area with reliable service delivery and compliance with safety and building standards.

• Supervise and evaluate the work of Cleaning Service (OB/OG) and Security
• Ensure payment of operational needs (building service charges, water, electricity, printer machine, and other bills)
• Manage facilities and infrastructure (building maintenance, security, cleanliness)
• Manage assets (inventory, asset inspection & replacement)
• Manage transportation and logistics (employee transportation & delivery of goods/documents)
• Manage workplace environment (meeting room arrangements, workspaces, storage, and employee facilities like pantry and rest area)
• Handle administrative tasks (documentation/filing, ERP creation using Emira, procurement of goods & petty cash management)
• Maintain external relations (collaborations with area management, vendors/suppliers, government institutions, and community around the building)
