Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a General Managerial for building management to lead day‑to‑day operations, maintenance and safety across campus facilities. You will establish annual plans, set strategy, supervise maintenance, security and janitorial teams, manage contracts, inventory and event setups, and ensure swift emergency responses.

Requirements include a Bachelor Degree (S1) and at least 3 years in a supervisory role, or 7 years in related building services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1) and minimum 3 years supervisory experience, or 7 years in related building services.
• Experience leading maintenance, security, janitorial, and facilities teams.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and disaster readiness.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual work plan for building management and related services.
• Plan and implement strategies for building operations and safety.
• Supervise maintenance, security, janitorial, and other facilities activities.
• Oversee contracts for housekeeping, security, and maintenance; monitor performance.
• Manage inventory and oversee event setups for the building.
• Monitor safety procedures and respond to emergencies as required.
• Report operational status and improvements to GA Director.
