You will coordinate committees, engage employees, prepare speaking notes, and oversee post-event reporting. A strong background in management, communication, and public relations is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Public Relations.
• 5+ years of working experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts aligned with BINUS Higher Education goals.
• Create and maintain the events calendar in BINUS Higher Education.
• Plan and prepare event implementation including venue selection and related negotiations.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate special events in BINUS Higher Education.
• Encourage employee involvement to participate in programs.
• Liaise in negotiations with external parties/vendors for event implementation.
• Interact effectively with individuals and groups to maintain positive relations with external organizations.
• Promote recognition and acknowledgment programs/initiatives for employee contributions.
• Liaise with speakers and prepare speaking notes.
• Arrange post-event reporting and evaluation of initiatives.
• Prepare summaries of technical and analytical reports.
• Propose improvements to the event planning and implementation process.
• Propose publication strategies and gather materials for publication activities.
• Maintain updates on BINUS Higher Education achievements and events for publication purposes.
• Provide press release materials and contact media outlets for news.
