Job summary

Sis Group Of Schools in Tangerang is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and daily operations of our facilities. You will lead a team of maintenance staff and manage vendor relationships to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field and at least five years of experience in building operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance, HVAC systems, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep in Tangerang.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance and longevity.
• Oversee building security, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Manage budgets for facility operations, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Supervise facility staff and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.
