Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a hands-on General Affair and Facility Management professional to join our fast-growing team in Jakarta. You will lead the GA function, oversee facilities, and coordinate with vendors to keep our operations smooth and compliant.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in General Affair and Facility Management, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail, with proven leadership, strong collaboration skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affair and Facility Management.
• Experienced working in Consumer Goods or Retail industry and familiar with the business process.
• Proven leadership skills with strong strategic thinking.
• Ability to work with all levels of people.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work as an individual and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the General Affair Team in managing securities and cleaning services while coordinating with the vendor.
• Manage and maintain all general affairs activities, including office facilities and assets management, building facilities, office rental, etc.
• Planning, managing, and analyzing budgets for office maintenance and general operational cost.
• Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs functions and external parties for office supplies, maintenance and services.
