Job summary

Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia is seeking a Facility Management Engineer to oversee estate and workplace services, ensuring safe, compliant, well-maintained facilities and employee accommodation. The role is suited to Civil Engineering professionals with hands-on FM experience in an MNC setting.

You will relocate to SEZ Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera, and manage maintenance, vendor coordination, and cost controls while driving improvements in service quality and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of office facilities and employee accommodation.
• Coordinate building maintenance, renovations and facility improvement projects.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure timely resolution of facility issues.
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring performance, SLA compliance, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, HSE regulations, and audit requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for buildings and utilities.
• Support estate-related projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
• Oversee accommodation readiness, occupancy management, repairs, and employee support services.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality, efficiency and employee experience.
• Maintain facility documentation, contracts, permits, reports and asset records.
