Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering governance and technical standards across the property portfolio.
• Conduct regular engineering audits, property inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to on-site engineering and property management teams on MEP systems and building services.
