Job summary

PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) seeks an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead daily operations across receiving, storage, picking, staging, loading and dispatch at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.

You will monitor 3PL performance against SLA/KPI, ensure inventory accuracy in SAP/WMS, and drive improvements while coordinating with Logistics, Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure end-to-end service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
• 4+ years' warehouse management experience, preferably with 3PL providers.
• Proactive, agile, cross-functional and multicultural collaboration.
• Strong analytics and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be based in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, staging, loading and dispatch.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLA/KPI: productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, space utilization, service level.
• Ensure 3PL compliance with SOPs, safety, quality, 5S, security and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; stock receiving, put-away, picking, transfers, cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate SAP/WMS transactions and alignment with physical stock.
• Lead investigations into incidents: product damage, loss, delays, safety incidents and other deviations.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Customer Service, Transporters, Finance and stakeholders for end-to-end service.

Job description

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of receiving, storage, picking, staging, loading, and dispatch activities.

Monitor 3PL operational performance against agreed SLA/KPI, including warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, loading/unloading performance, space utilization, and service level.

Ensure 3PL operations comply with company SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, 5S, security requirements, and applicable legal/regulatory standard.

Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper execution of stock receiving, put-away, picking, transfer, dispatch, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation activities.

Ensure accurate and timely execution of warehouse transactions in SAP/WMS and alignment between physical stock and system inventory.

Lead investigation and resolution of incidents involving product damage, loss, inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, safety incidents, and other operational deviations.

Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Customer Service, Transporters, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure end-to-end service delivery

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree with all major.

Have experience > 4 years in managing warehouse, preferrable if have experience work with and managing 3PL warehouse provider

A proactive individual with strong agility and proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

Strong analytics skills and logical thinking

Solid communication and presentation skills, including experience with communicating with others from different cultures.

Good in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.

Fluent in English both writwn and spoken.

Eager to step outside of the comfort zone to Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.
