Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, service setup and breakdown of dining areas.
• Train and manage F&B staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and menu knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and oversee ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and management on menu development and promotions.
