Job summary

Hotel Pulang Ke Uttara is seeking a passionate F&B Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the daily performance of the restaurant and service team.

You will supervise daily restaurant, café, breakfast service, and in-room dining; train and motivate the F&B staff; maintain quality, safety, and inventory; and coordinate with the kitchen to drive service excellence in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, boutique hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, café, breakfast service, and in-room dining.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and attentive service, and promptly resolving guest concerns.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee manpower allocation based on business needs.
• Conduct daily briefings, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training to improve team performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and ensure proper stock control of food, beverages, and operating supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales targets, cost control, and profitability objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous service improvement.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
