Job summary

Social Bread, a digital marketing marketplace in Indonesia, connects small businesses and creators to grow on social media with TikTok GO solutions. The Business Development Executive (F&B) will identify and onboard restaurant and cafe brands, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to drive acquisitions and campaign success in the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related Sales roles.
• Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
• Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and approach potential restaurant, café, and F&B brands to be our client.
• Handle the full sales process from pitching to onboarding.
• Understand merchant needs and offer relevant TikTok GO solutions and promotions.
• Manage merchant pipeline and achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Acquire and onboard new F&B merchants to TikTok GO.
• Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and campaign execution.
