Job summary

klikit is seeking a Sales Executive – F&B SaaS in Indonesia to acquire new restaurant and F&B customers. You will manage the sales process from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing, targeting business owners and decision-makers to translate pain points into compelling commercial solutions.

You will build and manage a healthy pipeline, conduct product demos, and drive consistent quarterly targets, collaborating with onboarding, CS, and product teams for smooth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales for SaaS or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Confident product demos and negotiations.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend klikit's products and solutions.
• Conduct product demos and clearly communicate klikit's value to prospective customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and sales forecasts in the CRM.
• Work closely with onboarding, customer success, and product teams for smooth handover after closing.
• Share customer and market feedback to help improve product, pricing, and sales approach.
