Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dynamic F&B Sales Executive to drive revenue for hotel outlets including the bar. You will develop new business, maintain client relationships, and create attractive sales initiatives from Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused F&B Sales Executive to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving revenue across our Food & Beverage outlets, including the hotel bar, by developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and creating attractive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual F&B revenue targets.

Actively promote and sell the hotel's restaurants, bar, private dining, events, and other F&B offerings.

Identify and acquire new clients from corporate companies, travel agencies, event organizers, communities, and other potential business segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

Develop partnerships and collaborations with local businesses, communities, influencers, and event organizers to increase F&B outlet traffic.

Work closely with the F&B and Marketing teams to create attractive promotions, packages, and sales campaigns.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on account activities and revenue performance.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B Sales, Hotel Sales, Restaurant/Bar Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and confident in approaching new clients.

Good understanding of the local market and potential F&B customer segments.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Willing to work shifts and be based in Yogyakarta.
