Job summary

Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto, part of Accorhotel, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure rooms and facilities meet cleanliness and guest service standards.

The role involves supervising attendants, coordinating with Front Office and Engineering, training staff, and maintaining safety and cost-control practices to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field required/preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in hotel housekeeping, supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities for Rooms, Public Areas, and staff.
• Assign tasks and ensure adequate staffing based on occupancy and needs.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to meet cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and VIP arrivals.
• Train and coach staff to uphold standards and procedures.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, and performance; provide feedback.
