Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an F&B/hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations (FOH/BOH) and daily procedures.
• Knowledge of stock control and cost management.
• Able to assist with staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Working place will be at 7AM Umalas.
