Job summary

JEN by Shangri-La in Indonesia seeks an experienced F&B Marketing Coordinator to enhance the restaurant portfolio's reputation and positioning in the local market. You will support administrative tasks, maintain promotion files, and organize marketing meetings and event documentation.

The role requires 7+ years in an international-class hotel, fluent English, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, flexible mindset to work across locations and extended hours as needed.

• Handle sponsorships and joint cooperation correspondence
• Maintain and analyze F&B databases and prepare memos and (pre-/post-event) P&L reports
• Take full responsibility for The Table from Golden Circle and related activities

Job description

Responsible for building awareness and enhancing the reputation and positioning of all restaurants in the local market to strengthen the overall image of the hotel and Shangri-La brand. Provide administrative support for F&B marketing activities, including maintaining and updating promotion files, arranging marketing meetings and preparing minutes, managing entertainment documentation, handling sponsorship and joint cooperation correspondence, maintaining and analyzing F&B databases, and preparing and filing memos and pre- and post-event profit and loss (P&L) reports for all marketing calendar activities. Also, take full responsibility for The Table from Golden Circle and its related activities.

Job Requirements:

• Good understanding of marketing methods, promotional activities, and marketing strategies

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related background
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an international-class hotel
