About the role

We are seeking a talented F&B Marketing professional to join the Savo Dine & Chill team in Medan Kota, North Sumatra. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in promoting our food and beverage offerings and driving customer engagement. As F&B Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and build loyalty within the competitive hospitality and dining sector. Your work will directly impact the success of our restaurant and contribute to our growth objectives in the regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the F&B industry, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels
• Create engaging content for promotional materials, menus, and marketing collateral that highlights our unique dining offerings
• Manage social media accounts and online presence to build brand awareness and encourage customer interaction
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capabilities and seasonal menu offerings
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
• Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and dining experiences to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with management on pricing strategies, menu positioning, and brand messaging
• Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and community organisations to enhance brand presence

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in F&B marketing or hospitality marketing, ideally within a restaurant or dining establishment
• Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including current market trends and consumer preferences
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English
• Proficiency in using marketing software, design tools, and analytics platforms
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A passion for the food and beverage industry and customer service excellence
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred
