PT Upartners Sukses Bersama is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist (F&B Industry) to join the team as a full-time member. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, administration, and payroll, with hybrid work options.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, support staff training, ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, handle payroll, and coordinate events to foster an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience focused on recruitment, employee relations, administration and payroll.
• Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Bar, and Lifestyle is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Organize employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Support performance review processes, including goal-setting and feedback.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Plan company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
