Swiss-Belhotel International in Palu, Indonesia, seeks a dynamic Head of Food & Beverage to develop and oversee all F&B functions, maintain licenses, and support the hotel’s sales and marketing plan.

You will build annual budgets and targets, prepare financial reports, monitor market trends, and drive revenue growth through promotions and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Rooms, while ensuring quality and cost-control across all outlets.
