Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a strategic Food & Beverage Management leader for our property in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. You will oversee the Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and delivering brand service standards.

Responsibilities include setting departmental strategy, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring guest satisfaction while aligning with Marriott’s luxury brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations for F&B leadership team and ensures service standards are met.
• Monitors budgets and financial performance of the F&B department against targets.
• Leads development and execution of F&B operating strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Oversees human resources activities within the F&B leadership team; coaching and performance management.
