Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel International seeks a strategic F&B Division Manager to lead all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations, overseeing budgets, promotions, and cross-promotions with Sales and Rooms. You will ensure top-tier guest service, compliance, and profitability in a dynamic hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in hotel F&B leadership, fluent English, and a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, with strong financial and team leadership skills to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Driven leader capable of shaping and directing large F&B operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record managing budgets, forecasting and P&L for F&B.
• Experience in hotel F&B with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all functions of the F&B division to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and oversee the F&B budget, targets and revenue plans.
• Maintain licenses, permits and compliance for the division.
• Drive marketing plans, promotions and cross-promotion with Sales.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, staffing and training within F&B.
