Job summary

Grand Hyatt in Jakarta is seeking an experienced F&B/Hotel Marketing professional to support the F&B Director in developing and executing revenue-driven marketing strategies. You will identify new business opportunities across corporate, social, and leisure segments and maintain strong client relations with event organizers and key partners.

Responsibilities include promoting the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and events, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B Marketing, Hotel Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel F&B operations, events, and catering business.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different hotel departments.
• Good knowledge of the Jakarta market and established business networks will be an advantage.
