• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our manufacturing operations in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing and optimising our production operations. As Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality vehicle manufacturing whilst maintaining compliance with all operational standards and regulations. This role is integral to our manufacturing success and directly contributes to meeting production targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
