Job summary

Lamipak in Indonesia is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure safe, efficient production and continuous improvement. You will lead the shift team, uphold quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet daily production targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 6 years as a Shift Leader in flexible packaging, and strong data analysis and TPM/WCM experience. Relocation to Cikande, Serang is possible. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience as a Shift Leader in packaging/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of EE, OEE, and TEE KPIs.
• Strong data analysis and processing skills.
• WCM/TPM experience preferred.
• Working English proficient for technical docs and vendor communication.

Job description

Ensure a safe working environment during the assigned shift. Actively report and address any unsafe acts or condition to prevent accidents.

Responsible to maintain maximum shift output as per planning, the leader should maintain good coordination with team members to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Lead customers complain investigations and provide corrective and preventive action report for customer.

Identify and communicate any critical issues or concerns promptly to the management.

Compile a comprehensive report summarizing shift activities, including production data, issues, and accomplishments.

Oversee the scheduling of shift members’ leaves to ensure adequate coverage to maintain continuous production flow, even with workforce variations.

Implement and sustain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the machine area to enhance organization efficiency.

Implement people-centric management principles to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Focus on maintaining high-quality standards in operations and take necessary actions to address any quality matters

Responsible for implementing and supporting the Company's management systems, including SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000, in daily operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and requirements, and reporting any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, or non-conformities.

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent degree in a related field.

Have 6 years of experience as a Shift Leader in the flexible packaging industry.

Possess knowledge of key performance indicators such as Equipment Efficiency (EE), Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEE).

Strong data analysis and processing skills

WCM/TPM experience preferred.

Working English proficiency to read technical manuals, equipment specifications, and engineering drawings/documents in English; communicate with overseas equipment suppliers/vendors for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting support; and prepare technical reports.

The candidate should be driven to actively identify developmental opportunities and seek feedback on their development.

Willing to work with shift arrangement
