Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding export shipments.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate shipment updates.
• Coordinate with internal export operations to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Resolve shipment issues or delays in coordination with carriers and freight forwarders.
