Job summary

MAXWIDE LOGISTICS INC. is seeking an export customer service professional in Jakarta to manage vessel bookings, coordinate with carriers, and provide timely shipment updates for export shipments to the US and Canada.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in export CS/operations, a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, and strong English and MS Office skills to maintain records and resolve issues efficiently.

Arrange and manage vessel bookings through shipping line websites (ONE, CMA CGM, MSC, Maersk, Evergreen, Wan Hai, etc)

Familiar with export operations from Indonesia to the US and Canada.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve export operation issues in a timely and professional manner.

At least 1–3 years of customer service experience in export cs and operations.

Proficient in English (oral & written) and Microsoft Office.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
