Job summary

Indo Taichen Textile Industry in Indonesia is seeking an Export/Import Coordinator to manage documentation and customs processes for global shipments. You will prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L/AWB, origin certificates, and other legal docs.

You will verify HS codes, ensure compliance with Lartas where applicable, and liaise with freight forwarders, Bea Cukai, insurers, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any discipline.
• Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1–2 years in Export Import, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Strong communication and coordination with various parties; detail-minded and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage export/import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L) / Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (SKA), and supporting legal documents
• Determine HS classification for goods to establish tariff rates and verify Lartas regulations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, Bea Cukai, insurers, and government agencies
• Monitor shipment status until delivery and prepare regular reports on export-import activities

Job description

This role involves managing export/import documentation, customs clearance procedures, and coordination with third parties in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key responsibilities

Create and manage export/import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L) / Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (SKA), and supporting legal documents

Determine Harmonized System (HS Code) classification for goods to establish tariff rates, taxes, and verify Lartas (prohibition/restriction) regulations

Communicate actively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, Bea Cukai, insurance providers, and relevant government agencies

Monitor shipment status until delivery at destination, resolve logistics issues and cargo detention at ports, and prepare regular reports on export-import activities for management

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any discipline

Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Export Import (EXIM), Freight Forwarding, or Logistics

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various parties

Good problem-solving ability and capacity to handle obstacles effectively

Detail-oriented with accuracy in handling documents and data

Ability to work in an organized manner and meet work targets and deadlines
