PT BREXA Raya Indonesia in Karawang is seeking a export-import specialist. The role focuses on handling daily export-import operations, including documentation, shipment arrangements, and customs clearance to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

You will prepare and verify export-import documents such as PEB, PIB, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and other related paperwork while coordinating with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, PPJK, customs, and internal teams to

Competenze

• Minimum D3/S1 in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in export-import operations.
• Good understanding of export-import procedures, customs clearance, and international trade documentation.
• Familiarity with customs documents (PEB, PIB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, and L/C) and the CEISA system.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Customs training or customs clearance certification is an advantage.

Minimum D3/S1 degree in a relevant field; International Trade is preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive company.

Good understanding of export-import procedures, customs clearance, and international trade documentation.

Familiarity with customs documents (PEB, PIB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, and L/C) and the CEISA system.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.

Customs training or customs clearance certification is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work in Karawang.
