• Minimum D3/S1 in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in export-import operations.
• Good understanding of export-import procedures, customs clearance, and international trade documentation.
• Familiarity with customs documents (PEB, PIB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, and L/C) and the CEISA system.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Customs training or customs clearance certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily export-import operations, including documentation, shipment arrangements, and customs clearance processes.
• Prepare, review, and verify export-import documents, including PEB, PIB, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, PPJK, customs authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery activities to ensure timely execution.
• Review export-import invoices, shipping charges, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain export-import transaction reports and ensure all activities comply with applicable customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Keep updated on the latest export-import procedures, customs regulations, and import licensing requirements.
