PT. TPINC TRADING JAKARTA is seeking an experienced Export-Import Manager to lead compliance and execution for the garment manufacturing sector in a Bonded Zone.
The role requires deep knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, BC documents, and robust IT inventory integration across ERP systems. The candidate will manage EXIM operations, coordinate with Customs, warehouse, production, and logistics teams, and drive SOPs and KPIs for effective control and risk mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Export-Import, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
Must have proven experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry, preferably in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat).
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Indonesian Customs regulations and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and managing all required Customs documents, including import, export, re-export, and related customs declarations.
Experienced in handling BC documents and customs procedures for Kawasan Berikat including BC 2.0 / PIB, BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 3.0 / PEB, BC 4.0 / BC 4.1, BC 2.7 and other relevant customs documents
Strong understanding of IT Inventory and its implementation in a Kawasan Berikat environment.
Experienced in inventory control, material movement, stock reconciliation, and system-to-physical inventory matching.
Good understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuance, return, stock transfer, and finished goods handling.
Able to ensure accuracy and compliance between physical inventory, ERP and IT Inventory systems.
Experienced in coordinating with Customs/Bea Cukai, warehouse, production, purchasing, and Global logistics teams.
Experienced in managing trucking operations for both export and import activities
Able to monitor and ensure customs compliance, document accuracy, and timely submission of customs declarations.
Experienced in handling customs audits, stocktaking, reconciliation, and customs inspections.
Strong understanding of Kawasan Berikat compliance requirements, including inventory accountability and customs facility utilization.
Able to develop and maintain EXIM SOPs, work instructions, document control, and compliance procedures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customs, inventory, and logistics risks and implement corrective actions.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Strong integrity and compliance mindset, particularly in managing customs documents, inventory records, and government regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customs & Compliance
Ensure all import-export and customs documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Monitor customs regulations and ensure proper implementation of customs facilities.
2. IT Inventory & Warehouse
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of inventory in IT Inventory, CEISA, ERP, and physical stock.
Monitor movement of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.
3. Kawasan Berikat
Manage day-to-day EXIM activities in accordance with Kawasan Berikat regulations.
Coordinate customs inspections, audits, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
4. Team Management
Lead and develop the EXIM team.
Establish effective SOPs, controls, KPIs, and compliance monitoring.
