Job summary

WYLOG is expanding its export-import sales and marketing team in Indonesia, seeking a results-driven Business Representative Executive. You will develop new business in export-import and customs clearance, manage corporate client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or export-import sales, with strong English proficiency and a proactive, independent work

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and high-level negotiation skills, backed by strong data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the export-import and customs clearance sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
• Solution Provision: Deliver customized logistics, shipping, and customs brokerage solutions tailored to client operational needs.
• Sales & Proposals: Prepare compelling proposals, coordinate impactful presentations, and lead negotiations to close contracts successfully.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and deliver periodic progress reports on client pipelines.
• Operational Synergy: Coordinate closely with internal operational teams to ensure seamless execution of export-import shipments.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
